Guests were transported to an icy retreat surrounded by white LED décor, twinkle lights, and custom ski mountain signage. Every detail tied back to the theme, from icy blue uplighting that washed the walls and transformed the space into a frosty winter ball, to real ice centerpieces featuring the guest of honor's logo frozen inside.

Highlights included a real Waffle Cabin serving fresh, warm treats, Adirondack chairs crafted from skis, and fun, branded touches like ice-inspired lollipops.
