We turned Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, MA into a breathtaking winter wonderland for this unforgettable bar mitzvah. Guests were transported to an icy retreat surrounded by white LED trees, twinkle lights, and custom ski mountain signage. Every detail tied back to the theme, from icy blue uplighting that washed the walls and transformed the space into a frosty winter ball, to real ice centerpieces featuring the guest of honor's logo frozen inside.
Highlights included a real Waffle Cabin serving fresh, warm treats, Adirondack chairs crafted from skis, and fun, branded touches like ice-inspired lollipops. The combination of thoughtful details and immersive lighting created an event that felt both magical and modern—an experience as cool as the theme itself!
