We had the privilege of designing a holiday celebration for an international company, honoring their employees and the bright future ahead. The event was all about vibrant energy, brought to life with unique and dynamic lighting. Guests were greeted by glowing cylindrical totems and orbs, setting the tone from the welcome area to the tables. Glowing pathways led to a futuristic lounge, featuring white, O-shaped benches and a striking ambiance.
Cocktail hour included live music, a digital photobooth, and virtual reality experiences, setting the stage for a grand reveal. When the ballroom opened, it dazzled with an LED-lit, infinity-tiled dancefloor, glowing high-top tables, and cozy lounge seating. Dynamic lounge clusters in each corner encouraged mingling and added to the free-flowing atmosphere.
The night hit its peak with a spectacular light show, a surprise visit from our LED Joybot robots, and an electrifying DJ and drum performance that took this one-of-a-kind electro gala to the next level.
