We had the pleasure of designing a corporate event for an international pharmaceutical company based in Boston, celebrating their incredible employees in the area. The event took place at the Warren Conference Center, whose stunning rural setting made for an unforgettable day filled with activities. We created a four-tent layout that encircled a picnic lawn, perfectly placed in front of a lively 70s-inspired band.
Entertainment was abundant, with something for everyone—kids enjoyed a petting zoo, crafts, inflatables, and even axe throwing, while adults relaxed in a beer garden, played lawn games, and participated in professional archery. From custom décor and signage to coordinating all the entertainment, we took care of every detail to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The event was a smashing success, bringing together great food, fun, and celebration for everyone involved.
