This year's annual corporate awards night marked a significant transformation. After shifting to a virtual event during the pandemic, the company’s leadership decided it was time to bring back the in-person celebration with a fresh, exciting twist. That’s where we came in!
We designed a truly transformational awards gala, blending recognition and celebration with an immersive experience that surprised and delighted employees. The office was completely transformed into a lively, techno-whimsical nightclub, offering a dynamic environment for the evening’s festivities.
Guests were greeted with dazzling LED fans at the entry, branded marquee letters, and life-sized flowers, setting the tone for an extraordinary night. The lobby, reimagined as the “Hall of Excellence,” featured glowing furniture, enchanting cherry blossom trees, and mesmerizing spinning LED florals. We converted the cafeteria into a retro arcade, complete with vibrant LED energy tubes, creating a playful atmosphere.
The highlight of the night was our dancefloor, on which we projected a stunning water effect, surrounded by black twinkle drapes that added a touch of elegance. The awards ceremony flowed seamlessly, and the energy stayed high as our DJ and interactive "joybots" kept the party going until the very end. It was a night to remember, where the company’s goals of recognition and celebration were achieved with flair, leaving their employees both praised and thoroughly entertained.
