Epic Superhero & Villain Corporate Showdown
hero-themed gala at Boston's Artists for Humanity EpiCenter, where bold blue, gold, and purple decor brings a cityscape to life. Guests enjoy a Gotham bar, ice bar with frozen "weapons," themed lounges, and a villainous "Legion of Doom" dive with props, lasers, and cash bags. Live wall spray-painting, a street band, immersive costumes, aerial performers, and dynamic lighting make this event unforgettable. the in-person celebration with a fresh, exciting twist. That’s where we came in!
Under The Sea Corporate Holiday Gala
Each year, Amgen’s Rhode Island team comes together for a themed soirée, and this year we took them under the sea. The venue was transformed into an aquatic wonderland, thanks to Balloons Galore, who created an immersive, bubbly vibe with floating balloon sea creatures at the entryway. Inside, neon curtains and giant jellyfish dangled from the ceiling, while towering martini-shaped pedestals overflowed with balloon bubbles.
Seaside Escape: A Cape Cod Themed Mitzvah
For Maya and Sabrina’s B’nai Mitzvah, we transformed a blank-slate venue into a Cape Cod-inspired retreat, bringing the charm of their favorite vacation spot right to Boston. Custom decor filled the space, with surfboards and beach balls suspended from the ceiling, setting the scene for a playful beachside vibe.
Gilligan’s Island Corporate Gala
Guests stepped into a tropical adventure at our Gilligan's Island corporate event on the Boston waterfront. Upon arrival, they were welcomed by dockside ropes, nautical props, and custom rear-illuminated images that guided them toward a stunning lighthouse-themed reception. The entrance featured an impressive shipwreck scene, complete with broken ship pieces, rocks, and lush island fauna—immediately letting everyone know they were in for a night of fun.
